土地が借地だった場合の、建物のみの査定書を作成できますか？

**A：**

ご質問ありがとうございます。

土地権利で借地権と入力すると借地権割合が出てきます。入力できる最小値1を入れて土地の価格を極端に下げることはできます。

ただし売主様に対しての説明は必要なので、状況に応じてご対応ください。
