## 新機能リリースの経緯

旗竿地の査定が多く、「整形地と比較してどの程度減価されるか」を明確に説明したいというご要望を頂戴したため。

## 新機能の特徴・メリット

土地・戸建の概要入力の画面において、形状で「旗竿地（袋地・路地上敷地・敷延・専通）」を選択すると旗竿地補正率の計算に用いる数値の入力画面が表示されます。

具体的には、間口と路地上部分の奥行きを入力します（地図からの概測も可能）。
