【障害のご報告とお詫び】ログインができない時間帯の発生

いつもAI査定プロをご利用いただきありがとうございます。  
2025/9/1 9:40~10:30にAI査定プロにログインができない状態となっておりました。  
現在は問題を解消し、正常にログイン・ご利用いただける状態です。  
ご利用のお客様にはご不便・ご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ございません。

 

【障害内容】

AI査定プロにログインができない

【障害発生時間】

2025/9/1（月） 9:40~2025/9/1（月） 10:30

【原因】

2025/9/2（火）に反映予定の認証切替に関連する対応に関連し、人為的なミスにより、2025/9/1（月） 9:40に本来反映すべきでないシステム修正の反映を行ってしまったため。

【再発防止】

人為的なミスの発生の防止のため本番反映に関連するレビュー方法や体制などを見直させていただきます。
